Re: Spiritual emergency

Forgive yourself for what you have done or have not done in the past. Waking up is not about being conventional. There will be a period of instability, accept that and let it go. When you are in the present moment, you just watch. Thoughts arises, thoughts left. Emotions arises, emotions went. Stay ...

Re: The life and path of the Frequency Holder

Yeah I get you Frequency Holder....and even if we should not "label" ourselves, its nice to know you recognize and accept who you think you are, maybe the next step will be freedom? and..... ".......sounds like a Zen monk to me! :) What happens to a Zen monk who loses his robes and the idea of "bei...

Re: Meditation Experience

Dear Colin, Many people, when progressing in their meditative practice experience fear. Fear is the gateway in which me must past to enter deeper state of being. Few books write about this. But in my meditative experience, fear arises often for many years until it is just a fleeting sensation withou...

Re: Manifesting from Pure Awareness

Questions: 1) How is it different from manifesting from unconsciousness? No difference, except you lose the unnecessary suffering 2) Is the increase in synchronicity, or in ETs terms "life brings you what you need" actually a form of manifesting, i.e. is there a subtle level of willpower involved or...

Re: Meditation Changes?

But I think adya says (and not quoting exactly, just from memory) 'Afraid of your own natural state! What could be more madness than that?' And I think one of the members in this forum here said (I think it was moonmissy, and again from memory), 'fear is great because I know that just on the other ...

Re: My Spiritual Experience so far

Dear onthepath, Totally contrary to what your ego might say. To die into the present moment totally and let go the false sense of self is the greatest thing you can do for your own life and the life of others around you. Because my practice was so rigorous, I was determined to be at peace and happy ...

Re: What is life like now for you?

Sometimes I get velcro thoughts, but it arises and fall. The peace and present is always there.

Sometimes I still have the sense identity, feeling my body and knowing there is another. At other times, the doer is gone, there is no other.

Re: My Spiritual Experience so far

Hi eagle2phoenix, With every story, we live a novel. Joy and laughs, despair and pain. I want to share with you mine too....not that it matters much. I was raised a Buddhist in Vietnam born after a devastating war there. I took the vow of refuge and precepts when I was 8. My father escaped Vietnam b...

Re: Losing it all

Hi everyone, I couldn't agree more with Eckhart or Adyashanti about loosing it all. Since the first satori years ago...fierce grace tore away in the most undignified manner *LOL* all that I think I am. If the chatter in the head thinks it's winning or getting somewhere....suffering will continue to ...

Re: The end of your world

Hi BradD, The depression, just like joy, happiness, bliss ....all the same. The emptiness dancing and expressing life in the moment. When the labeling cease and we accept even the depression or depressive state without resistant, it just is. Like Adya say.....when you still see that there is someone...

Re: The end of your world

I really like this set of CDs and talks. I've been awakened for the first time four years ago and went through many moments of "I got it...I lost it" in the last four years. Not many teachers talk about the journey after awakening. It can be a very confusing time for a person...the ego has many trap...

Re: I am so scared because of my daughter's illness

Hi Moonsong, Being an asthma sufferer all of my life since childhood, I understand your daughter's pains. I myself had been hospitalized many times because of asthma attacks. The last time was in 2005 where I was hospitalized for a full week on ventilators. My best advice is....try to eventually con...
