Did you ever make the choice?

Did you ever make the choice between being reborn and the Unknown? I choose being reborn, desperately. Who's to know what the unknown is about? Enlightenment is boring. If I was God I'd make the same decision again and lose myself in the world. What else is there to do? Moderator Edit: Part of this ...

I was rivited... But please correct me if I'm wrong. What he said in a nutshell, is for each of us to ask ourselves "Who am I" or Who really is the I in me, or to realise who I is. You are here, are you not? How do you know you are here? Don't ask your mind. Imagine you are three and you are lookin...

I find sherman very dry and he uses the word ego in a different way then Eckhart. He calls consciousness itself "ego" and I can see that even his satsang people get confused. I don't think he is anywhere near Eckhart's teaching ability but thats my opinion. I like the clothes he wears! Seriously, h...

Okay, fair enough. I'm scared of being in the company of two or more people. I'm literally half way around the world from my family, country of birth. I'm in a country where I can't speak the language, have no friends. I've never had a girlfriend, never been comfortable around people and I long for ...

I found a page with a lot of his conversations on it but I can't find it any more...check out this http://www.riverganga.org/john/Podcasting/index.shtml Ego is not the enemy. Ego picks up the Power of Now. Ego wants to be Enlightened. Ego wants to be in a state of spiritual bliss. Ego wants everythi...

Comparisons like that seem fruitless, and it's usually a timing issue for the one impacted by a given teacher at the right moment. Enjoy a moment of awakening from where ever it originates. Who's better is irrelavent. Did you even read my post, or did you just jump in with your poo pooing? Lighten ...

John Sherman

I came upon this guy accidently. He's down to earth and 8.3 times more powerful than Eckhart on the cosmic richter scale.

Also youtube his name for more.

Altruism exists. If your actions are based on thinking and wanting to get a certain result - mind projected future - then they will be egoic. But if your actions come from stillness, there can be no motive. Since there is no thought, there is no mind projected future. The act then becomes altruisti...

You're either with us or against us. There's no middle ground to discuss or be curious and you should go elsewhere if you don't take our perspective (you aren't in a state of presence). Blenderhead has edited his posts and they (currently) have no content in them. I presume this is because he is pos...
