Thanks a lot again everyone

I've been using the Sedona Method (very similar to some of Eckhart's meditations) and it's made a fantastic difference in my life - I put my self through a few weeks of constant releasing and my thoughts are 90% under control! It's amazing! Highly recommended.

Thanks again everyone

Thank you all so much! I'm always grateful for the kind of help I get everytime I post on this forum. Has anyone ever came up with an answer for feeling down without a thought? I've found that once I've cleared out a lot of memories, I feel upset sometimes without a reason. No accompanying thoughts ...

Hi weichen, thanks for reply. What details do you need? And I'm not sure what you mean about the conflict? For example, one of my recurrent memories is of an abusive client who cheated and betrayed me. At first I brought up memories of his abusive language and felt the pain from that. But the memori...

my god, guys, I just realised I asked almost the exact same question nearly 2 months ago. Sorry. It's just so frustrating... my pain body used to revolve around one particular painful memory and since then I've cleared it out. And it's latched onto another one - which, like I mentioned, is already o...

pain body questions

Hey ladies and gents, Can I ask a question about the pain body? I've been going inwards deeply as much as I can for the past few weeks, and I go through periods of joy. But sometimes the painbody comes back, and it uses any excuse to come back - even bringing back memories of arguments that were lon...

Thanks again for the responses everyone. I was in depression before (and A New Earth got me out of it), but I'm okay now - my general peace is just suddenly interrupted by pain body attacks. Your advice is great - I do have a girl that I'm seeing, but I've been neglecting her - besides work all I do...

Thanks Kiki, sometimes I overcomplicate things and forget that being friendly with the present includes being friendly with whatever "negative" is going on inside me.

finding it difficult to stop negative thoughts

Hey guys, thanks for the help I received in my previous post...I'm sort of going through a different problem now. I'm having a heavy influx of negative thoughts, and I find it quite hard to stop. This happens a lot lately, after a period of relative peace. I spent all day trying to fight off negativ...

Thanks, you two have answered my question beautifully. Expressing Gratitude / Love is a great way then - I was just afraid it would be covering my pain body, but yes I agree that it isn't the pain body with this vague uneasiness - probably a "no" to the Now, which adds to it. Thanks heaps!

that is a very brilliant pointer...it's easy to get caught up in using the ego, and definitely I shall apply that! I'm sorry I didn't make it clear, I was also asking about loving my emotions and thoughts. I see a few Buddhist teachings that say watch your thoughts (like Tolle does) but from a lovin...

Thanks very much guys...I been spending hours on the other threads of this fantastic forum and I think I analyse too much. I can't find the thread on love though. I find that a loving feeling is the key to stopping this vague unease, but I'm worried it might be repression (or am I analysing too much...
