Is the process of transmuting it the same as in feel it to heal it. Yes. When you can detect negative emotions in your body, let your awareness gently dwell in your body, and the negative emotion will dissolve within a few minutes. Ideally, let your awareness gently dwell in your body at all times.

If I got a dollar for every time a person here says that they are enlightened then immediately proceed to talk about their problems, I'd be $50 richer. Awareness is the solution. Be aware of your thoughts and the thoughts will cease. Your become present, in the now, where there is no past or future....
