I am concerned about this. I like Tolle's work, but it does leave me feeling like I am minimizing my past. Maybe calling all of my traumas "ego" and leaving it at that is not really bringing awareness to it? Perhaps cognitive psychotherapy has an important use that people should not bypass. Here is ...
