Re: Report from a beginners 2012 so far.
I find meditation more fulfilling when on caffeine. There is the familiar stillness, it doesn´t increase the monkey mind (or I have gotten better at not attending to it) and it´s enhancing the alertness and vividness.

Re: Tom Campbells Big T.O.E.
Interesting to hear, Andy. Thanks for sharing! His point of view has resolved some of my own perceived issues, and for that I´m grateful. He may not represent an optimal way to self realisation, but the scope his work has seems valuable in many ways. It´s in my queu for reading. It´s also available ...

Re: Report from a beginners 2012 so far.
Yutso, thank you for helping me with the confusion there.
If my humble understanding of things and what I express is helpful to anyone else, Im deeply grateful. I´m not ordinarily a Namaste-guy, but this calls for a Namaste, so...

Re: Report from a beginners 2012 so far.
I´ve found a coherent view and have fused many seemingly opposing things, through the eyes and experiences of Tom Campbell (My Big TOE, a theory of everything). Gotta love a theory of everything that boils down to "Stuff happens - deal with it. Grow up!", "Cooperation" and "Move towards love / lower...

Tom Campbells Big T.O.E.
Nuclear physicist, Nasa consultant and concioussness-expert Tom Campbell (also instrumental in the Monroe institute startup), gives love a clear place in science and in the order of all things in his Big TOE (theory of everything). I sense that his model of reality as a virtual reality will gain tra...

Re: i landed in a psychiatric ward
I really have none of the experience Sighclone presents, but nevertheless I´m convinced that there is absolutely nothing strange or weird about these experiences - just an unfamiliarity. Cut all the unhelpful jargon you encounter, keep it close to you and through that stay your own authority about w...

Re: Rediscovering Little Me
I have this strong sense that I´m almost living the insight "this is all that is happening, there is noone is doing anything", where all intention is obliterated (from the standpoint of ego). Left is only joy for the happening and celebration of the process; the laughter, ease, love and vivid emptin...

Re: Rediscovering Little Me
I like smiling avatar faces, chocolate cakes, and the clean slate of non-duality alike. No distinctions. Far in and far out alike. "My own" mission is to marry the "looking down on ego" with the mountain top view. With no judgements. If one assumes it´s "better" to let more people in to "the secret"...

Re: Onward thru the fog!
Thank you for sharing! I got something out of it. :) I can relate to that "loose contraction attitude" (well, that´s what seeking appears to me). I myself stumbled upon Tony Parsons (The open secret), and find resonance with what he expresses. Seeking is a very certain way not to experience enlighte...

In empathy, I know I don´t diminish anyones suffering by doing so. This pain ...

Re: How "necessary" is meditation?
I used to have a similar kind of resistance up until a year ago (or more like since around mars 2012). Since then lots have changed, pretty fast. I think I had to "get enough" of things in my life to be able to break a barrier of sorts. Breathing, was a BIG issue for me and I created much unease aro...
