Re: Can staying in the now cause more conflict?

Hi, citronella49. Arguments in relationships are often caused by the unconscious manipulations of what ET calls the "pain body". This is a concentration of negative energy that feeds on anger, fear and drama in general. To get fed it has to make you generate a powerful stream of the kind of negative...

Re: Literal search (using query as entered)

Re: Why "Now" and not "Joy"?

If good-spirited verbal jousting with your roommate gives you joy, great! Or maybe not so great? My experience of presence has taught me that many activities I once thought gave me joy were in fact a form of suffering. "Good-spirited" (or even egotistical, not so "good-spirited") "verbal jousting" ...

Re: Oprah talking

I expected these webcasts to be appalling, with ads every 5 minutes like American TV, but I've been amazed and delighted at the quality and production values of the material. I confess I never watched Oprah before, but I've been highly impressed by her professionalism and understanding of ET's point...

Yes, if it wasn't for the ubiquitous painbody, there'd be no 20th Century literature to speak of:

Hey JD old chap, don't you mean 2.00 AM? :?
Guess so. I was left mentally exhausted after 10 minutes of frantic Googling to discover what: "The first class starts Monday night, March 3, at 9/8c", meant. :D

Well, I reserved my "seat", installed the dodgy Move Networks video player and now I just have to wait for Monday, March 3 and hope I'm still awake at 2.00 PM. :D

Re: The neverending ringing in my ears

There are spiritual conditions that mimic the symptoms of tinnitus. After a powerful Kundalini awakening some years ago I found that I could always hear a distinct inner sound - the primordial OM - sometimes like a distant river, other times like the whine of electricity. I know that it's a spiritua...

Re: Serious condition - How to stop dreaming?

Your wife has my sympathy, the condition sounds most distressing. WW's advice is spot-on so far as the nightmares are concerned, but you say that these vivid dreams can be be about more or less anything - stupid dreams, vacation dreams, etc - which suggests to me that the psychic body itself is in a...
