Judgment

I think i've misinterped what Eckhart ment by "be free from judgment", if "I" would never judge how would I know what's funny and not funny, how the body reacts to certain stimulus, how other egos are being run so I can understand them?

Reading this question after much more insight I realise that this question was never really that important, but understanding the question " who am I " and knowing the truth that is the only question to be known. Everything from that point is simple.

It feels like it has clicked inside me, that wanting isn't inherently bad or good. It becomes what the mind makes of it. My mental and body conditioning respond positively to some stuff so I shall do those things, nothing wrong or right just a different experience.
