Re: How to not be lazy or not procrastinate?

You should definitely explore procrastination on mind level and also awareness level. Procrastination is tied to a painbody and is a perfect ego mechanism to produce more pain - suffering. It's not only being lazy, well it begins with being lazy but afterward, it becomes a pattern and not so easy to...

Re: How to not be lazy or not procrastinate?

Read those two books:
"The Now Habit" by Neil A. Fiore
"The Power Of Habit" by Charles Duhigg

The first one covers psychology around procrastination and the latter how to build and change habits.

Re: These feelings?

Does the space/stillness in between thought feel sometimes like something from childhood? The reason I’m asking is because I’ve been experiencing a feeling that is not an emotion but also not a thought, however it is very familiar and almost nostalgic. It feels reminiscent of the wonder I would fee...

Re: Wisdom From Beyond

Starting from 15:15 Everything we say or do affects everybody in the world. Like throwing the pebble in the water, ripples go out. We don't realize it. We are that powerful... ... I got to see whenever I do something with love and intention that it would create some of the biggest ripples. That spok...

Re: The Monster that is 'Regrets'

Try to see regrets as simply pattern. Nothing special which needs special directions how to deal with them. Just another mind/painbody generated pattern. Basically when regrets arises tell yourself: Oh okay, here we go again ☺️ and observe as much you can. Put attention to inner body or outside worl...

Re: Simple life

I found that external life became simpler in a sense of perceiving. What i do is way more complex compared to how/what I did before but at the same time it's easy and simple. But yes, just being is enough. Can't even describe that. Feeling that I'm at home now - always?

Re: Have you changed your diet ?

I think diet depends on the current state of body and/or genetics. For me right now is low-carb, high animal fat diet suitable also no sugar and processed foods. Addition to that i practice intermittent fasting - 16 hours fasting and in an 8-hour window i eat calories what's needed for a day. What t...

Re: Feeling empty inside

If you have difficulties to being in presence when feeling that emptiness, which is probably painbody, use inner body awareness. Find how that feeling feels in the inner body energy field. Where it is. It can be contraction, pain, cold, buzzing or just part of the energy field you cannot feel yet. T...

Re: Question about practicing presence

You don't need a special time to be in presence. Try to observe your breathing and inner body energy field while you do something like washing dishes. Usually, we are not only doing but at the same time thinking, replace thinking with inner body awareness or you can observe every move, every sound f...

Re: Is conscioussness an idiot?

My experience is to form habits that are generating presence. Observing thinker, inner body feeling, breathing. Then the illusion of ego/conditioned mind starts to dissolve or identification with it weakens. Then a sense of self moves inward, before body and thinker where is spaciousness, peace. Fr...

Re: Is conscioussness an idiot?

Exhausting at the beginning, when the patterns of observation are taking root, and then effortless-feeling once they've been ingrained. That makes sense, we are after all deeply conditioned beings ... and conditioning has its pros and cons, right? My experience is to form habits that are generating...

Re: Is conscioussness an idiot?

Sounds exhausting! Is it enjoyable for you? What benefits does it bring? It's not exhausting rather opposite. Thinking is exhausting, being trapped in the same thoughts day after day, year after year. In some sense building a prison for self and living there without realizing that door is actually ...

Re: Is conscioussness an idiot?

Sounds quite pleasant. Was it? What do you mean by 'not seeing through thought patterns when they come?' Can you give an example? It was pleasant but lacking clarity. I try to watch what's going on in my mind constantly. Self-images, unnecessary thoughts about future or past, thoughts from painbody...

Re: Is conscioussness an idiot?

For me it feels kind of attribute-less, which is why I keep saying 'blank.' But if I had to describe it I'd say: calm and restful. Clear in the sense that I am ready for what presents itself. But not in the sense that I am paying intense attention to whatever happens to be happening. Make sense? Th...
