Thanks for the reply WW. I'm right with you on the free lunch thing, and also I guess it doesn't really matter either way. I think once you've had a sniff you can't let the search go in any case, at least that has been my experience.

Quite a lot of the teachings I've encountered stress the importance of having a Guru or teacher. Does this mean having a personal one to one or group relationship with an awakened person? or in our more wired age is it enough to read books and watch YouTube videos of those teachers who seem to offer...
