Hi David.

It eventually becomes obvious that the actions of another can never diminish what we really are. Only the ego/false-self "gets hurt" by infidelities, and it's looking for reasons to be a victim anyway.

My congrats on your freedom from self-punishment in this situation.

At one time I used to describe experiences of deep presence (lack of ego activity) as a sort of very mild orgasm that often lasts for days. Also, I think the opening of the heart is natural for folks practicing these teachings; it has a very distinct feel IMO.

Before I never got it because of I could not allow what is, I would control my thoughts, resist some internal actions because my ego would say to (I) this don't look good and would resist negativity when it arose. Yes, the ego/false-self thrives on that very negativity which is prolonged by our ide...

Outstanding post IMO, mikel. the most important thing in the beginning for me was to begin to dis-identify from my mind... I was identified with mind and time and time again whatever gains I had accomplished [through focusing] were eventually spoiled by a scenario of thoughts undermining the mind ba...

I don't know anything about Sedona method, but as Eckhart says in A New Earth, it is important to disidentify from these feelings and the thoughts that give rise to them. These are "contained" and activated by the ego-mind (conditioned mind, false self); they are not part of your real self . But as ...

The only way you can contribute to the enlightenment of humankind is by allowing within yourself the space for observation, awakening, presence, awareness, consciousness... Allow what is without defining what is, and you will see awakening everywhere and in everybody, as it is happening already. Ve...
