Claudia, I really liked your comment about not having to " throw ourselves on the pyre ".... I know I have done a marvelous job of not allowing myself to become overly invested in ANYTHING. I beleive balance is always the trick, and letting go and breathing our way through the BS that shows up at ti...

Driving w/presence

Hi Claudia! What are the odds of others driving without presence? Well based on my observations I think most people don't recollect that they don't recollect just HOW they got from point A to point B  I know the driving thing is by far MY greatest challenge. Risk taking/ surrender

Hello Heidi & Claire, I don't mind the title change at all. Good choice. Good comparision of risk taking really being about surrender. I have been involved in a seven yr. process of completly re-inventing my life choices and personal way of being. The rewards have been immmense. Indiscribable. Once ...

Infuse yourself with lyracism....

One of my favorite sayings! Lovely work David. Today I am accepting a minor lack of energy due to the remnants of a virus. Which brings to mind a line from a poem I recently composed.... " Do not bathe my sad remains in a citrus glaze" LOL!  L.

Although my attatchment to material objects has always been grounded in an " it is what it is " realit...
