I only want to again say thank you. I'm printing out all that has been said. The set-back time continues and my life circumstances are being very supportive in this spiritual "crisis". Or, maybe I'm wrong and it's only my ego that has got stronger?

His site has 9 language options, among which one is Polish. Must be the strong Polish community pressure (we are everywhere :) And even quite a good translation. Thank you.

:D :D :D I really want it. But if I really want it, I will never fully have it, because I will always pursue it. So, I don't want it. I love spaghetti and Caffe Latte ice-cream. And many other things you mention. No, I still want it with all my heart. I will try to eat spaghetti consciously, ...

Very helpful and practical as usual JD, thank you. You see, after adopting ET's tools and consciously (=successfully) managing intense pain both emotional and physical, I thought that old ups and downs, with its characteristic feeling of being overwhelmed and helplessness, will never come back. I ke...

Thank you so much for all your responses!!! The ebb and flow, Weichen... Initially I thought that I could control this ocean. That if some ebb occurs, I will stay in presence, even if nearly overwhelmed by pain, still in control, in awareness, as I used to, really. But - no. Higher forces then? OK, ...

unpleasant step back?

Hi! I just want to share and ask if you've had similar experiences of sudden and unexpected setback. Almost whole day today (with few moments of expanded awareness in situations when I least expected them; they as if interrupted the dominating unawareness) I was totally unaware. What is even weirder...

You are right Kiki
I realized that when I almost quit labelling in everyday life, I mysteriously switched to labelling when dealing with the spiritual realm  .

I suppose that everything, or almost everything, in the spiritual realm has its physical, material representation. Also human brain is the material, biological (the lowest, so to say) layer of everything that happens in us and to us. Some brains seem to be more and some - less capable (less adroit i...

Hi old dead wood, I once asked the same question on this forum. It seems that serious nervous attacks/diseases help some people achieve this state but apparently not all of them lead to enlightment :D . Definitely, most of them end less spectacularly... and more sadly. We still know very little what...

I agree with what you say, Aanwezigheid. I experince the same and "use" curiosity-tool (I indeed find my self-exploration interesting and got used to peek into myself as a scientist peeks into a cage with wild animal or watches an amaeba under a microscope). In case of some circumstances that tend t...

Hi, after several months - here's a response. I'm just listening to Llewelyn Vaughan Lee. The link (thanks to some other thread here): http://seekeraftertruth.com/?cat=21&paged=3 I'm not able to say much yet, but it seems it's just playing into my hands: e.g. he says that with our every action, with...

I only want to make an update reg. the deeply buried thing: it seems that it almost vanished. And it seems also that it really did it "through my spine", leaving some problems which are currently being healed. So it's a confirmation that emotions are sometimes released with physical manifestation ac...

Dane, don't wait for the "undercurrent" of anxiety to build up. But as soon as you notice something going on, something rising - sit down with it, feel it and watch it calmly. Watch it as something that exists in you but is not the whole of you, as just one of your "parts" (I tell myself - ok, I kno...

Summer, you say that his energy is "heavy". We all perceive others in certain ways and call it "energy". It's simplification but understandable. How else could we describe it? The way one looks and talks - clothes (colors), face, eyes, voice timbre, gesture, mimicry, the smell if met in person - it ...
