Its a good question. I guess whats wrong with just being is that we would then have to do two things: Give up our vanity, our secret fantasy that we are God. and Face our secret fear that we are false and unlovable. A Course in Miracles says that we secretly believe that we have killed God. Freud sa...

Life is full of things to do. Goals, challanges. maybe the question is, is the goal more important than the process of getting there? If you are waiting for the achievement of a goal to relax and be happy, then you may be waiting a long time, because there are always more goals. The mind is a proble...

Does anyone have an experience like this, and then been able to rediscover your emotions? Is there any advice (other than "be more present") that anyone can offer? Thanks, -Renaissance Become aware of your body sensations. Often repressed emotions can be recognized as sensations of pressure, tensio...

Yeah, its funny. Depersonalization is all anyone around here talks about. But if you didnt know what it was and you were still attached to the person I can only imagine how scary it might seem. Especially if everyone is telling you you are crazy. One person's liberation is another person's diagnosis.

I understand, maybe, what you are feeling. You are confused. Heres the thing...you should be confused. Why? Because you are. Theres nobody else that can be confused in just the way you are. You dont know what to do. Nor should you know what to do. Because you dont. Its perfect that way. Just as it s...

Goodness Ninjin, you are sounding more and more like a religious fanatic all the time... Everything youve said pre -supposes that a real material universe exists! How do you know? Faith? Is this some kind of mystical knowledge that only you are privileged to access or do you have evidence? The perce...
