Re: social interaction

Hi shappy! You post was helpful a lot, my friend, thank you. I don't know, maybe we have to go through doors that look a bite similar ;) I damn well know what you mean by saying "concerned with doing things right" I'm learning every day. For example, today I learned that you can't force anything to ...

Re: social interaction

Very good answers, very helpful... I thank you all a lot. To sparks: I would agree with you when you say that my intellectual understanding of things is much further than my direct experience. I've had genuine experiences and I have them every day, growing stronger. But I always used to be the philo...

On the level of mind, this is no problem to me...

Re: social interaction

Hmmm...

Thanks, blueviceroy, for your answer, even though I have to say that it didn't really clear my confusion.
Well... Thanks anyway...

social interaction

Hi community! There are still some things I'm confused about. Even when I used to be a baby I ran away when other kids came near to me. I know, the past is done, not real. But even today when talking to people there is a lot of fear, almost always, more or less subtle. With this fear comes a feeling...

Re: The Mirror of Consciousness

Hi summer! I think, you haven't yet experienced the beatiful lightness when you watch everything from the higher perspective which is consiousness. There is a feeling that nothing in the world could ever damage nor really define you. This lightness is growing the more you return to you real nature. ...

Re: Reacting / spontaneousness

At first: Thanks, webwanderer. I enjoy reading your posts a lot. I like the quietness between the lines. It touches something inside me that I love more than all things. Unneccesary to tell you what it is ;) I know I could do whatever I like - because it's all worth the same: nothing and everything ...

Reacting / spontaneousness

Hi all! Where to begin? Eckhart Tolle wrote in his books many times about "not reacting unconsciously to a situation". Whenever I try to be more aware when I am with peple it's like that: I look at them and, of course, I see them a lot more aware - you know what I mean? I see them how they really ar...

Re: Awakening causing physical discomfort?

Hi! I have experienced something similar. Fear was always accompanying me for as long as I can remember. This fear brought me here. When going deeper into the now, there was an unpleasant feeling I couldn't grasp and what gave me the feeling that I'm doing something wrong. I have posted this questio...

thanks, shappy.

I thought exactly the same, so I never really tried to feel the inner body. But I feel it is much easier not to get lost in thoughts when feeling it.

I know I'm dealing too much on the level of mind with all the well-sounding spritual ideas...

I'd like to add something. There is a subtle feeling of fear going into the nothing. The nothing is the fear itself. There is clearance, silence. But fear is what is even deeper. What is left, when there are no thoughts any more. Hard to explain in words. I don't know if I'm able to face, to accept ...

Feeling the inner body is a struggle

Hi! Everytime I try to feel the inner body I feel... nothing. A light tingle in my hands, that's all. I can strenghten this feeling. But I don't want to. To me this is like a struggle. I've had enough struggles, they brought me here. It's all not a pleasant feeling to me. I can compare this with med...
