Let's just look at this sentence: But,will I change my life,my suffering if I don't think about life's situation. One's life situation is thought. One is not situated anywhere when there is no thought. Do you see this? One may assume (think) thought tells one where one is. But this is more thinking....

I find it helpful not to get too involved. By this I mean that I can be fully involved, but not so involved that my disposition is overly invested, or defined, by what I am doing, but more defined by the way I am doing it.

So if they invited you to a meeting at 7pm is this too limiting? If in addition they ask you to bring a plate is this too limiting? From here it looks as if you focusing on the hundreds of tiny differences, rather than the unlimited, the undefined.
