Hi all. I got a question from a friend yesterday when I talked about Tolles teachings. And that question was in short "how does self-esteem fit in?". Don't fight it, it will get stronger that way. Just watch "the monster", keep it under oberservation without judging. I like to do practical small tests that has helped me. In your case, maybe try something like this. When you are talking to someone and that person says something that is wrong, say ...

Maybe you can try something physical? That helps me to get rid of thoughts better than meditation. At least to get a break in the flow. It seems you are judging yourself a lot? I have no real suggestion about that. I think Eckharts approach is that everything is ok but you seem to judge? My own way ...
