What does it mean ? Absolutely no idea nor do I give a fuck and I mean that politely Oh and can you count the lines for me in your opening post of your thread on thinking/not thinking? You know......the one where you needed to define, define, define by using concepts after concepts after concepts? ...

Now let us do something different Mike.

Can you count (approximately) the number of lines I wrote and the number of lines you wrote in this discussion ?

Re: has anyone here been able to maintain their awakening?

Onceler said: It's her 'Jesus wept'. My immediate response to Phil's comment was two words, just not those two. Got it. I was referring to the shortest, and perhaps the pithiest verse in the bible.....all said in a spirit of fun. There is a saying: If what you have to say is not more ...

Re: Tom Campbell-Holographic Evolution

Your own beliefs on science are well noted and again while I don't fully disagree with your views on mainstream science, your bias shines clearly through in your lumping together of Tom's work with your own beliefs on mainstream science. If you actually watched the video, you'd see that Tom's work ...

Re: Tom Campbell-Holographic Evolution

I'd say that's a bias on your part and a lack of willingness to open up your own perspective and just shows the coloring of your own perspective as a personal bias you have against "science" without actually giving something a chance. Therefore, anything you deem as 'science' will automatically be ...

Re: Tom Campbell-Holographic Evolution

An insightful video from Tom Campbell if anyone is interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGGHiCupgI8 Tom Campbell is a scientist ... he needs to explain and make theories of everything based on past observations ... Personally I don't think that evolution can be 'explained' by looking into hi...

All my friends are getting married and having kids but I'm too nervous to even go on a date. Seems you have the 'Bridget Jones' syndrome  I hope you realize that all your unhappiness and hoplelessness are just thoughts ... this is not real ... Re: Hullo from China

Hi there, I am living and working in China, have been here for thirteen years now. I am 61 and female. I was first introduced to Eckhart Tolle from two sources, a sober recovery forum and my best friend at the time who was supporting me in my recovery from alcohol dependency, that was nearly 4 year...

Re: Pain Body Intensifying Greatly After Period of Presence

I feel like I have rocked the boat, maybe. Is this a death rattle? Does my anxiety 'know' I am 'looking' at it? Is this normal? Part of me knows the answer. If it is happening, then it is normal. Because it just is. But I am really, really struggling right now. I would say : do not struggle with it...

Re: Determinism Makes Me Feel Helpless

The only direct communication to you Phil was this -- Phil do you not logically, reasonably and emotionally agree that faults that are harmful have a different expression and create a different experience to those that are born of good qualities? And that it is our intelligence that is aware and ju...

Re: Quieting the mind and stop reacting to the ''what ifs''

I am disappointed at how easily I can be persuaded by my thoughts. It doesn't take much for me to experience fear for my life. Even with all this spiritual knowledge that I am ''above'' any thought/feeling/sensation and taking a low dose of sedatives doesn't take me out of my programming. I am sad ...
