Thanks for your response. I think you are saying that it's "normal" for thoughts and emotions to pop up here and there during meditation, and to allow it to be observed or "witnessed". How long does it take to see my new post?

I submitted a new post in General Discussion yesterday, and the message at the top of the page said that it had to be reviewed by someone (moderator?) first. How long does that take? I'm looking forward to replies. The subject was "Meditation and Mourning", I think.
