Hi all, my husband and I were married 5 years ago. We have been a happy couple all these years. But since a few months, he seems to be in a very anxious state. He says that there is a lot of pressure at work nowadays. I always say to him to leave all the office matter there and be at home with a peaceful mind. But he doesn’t listen to me. Since a couple of days, he is seen very restless. He doesn’t care for me or our baby who is just 1 year old. I don’t know what to do. I discussed this matter with my best friend and she suggested me to take him to a mindfulness based cognitive therapy in Toronto. She said that mindfulness would help him to get over this anxiousness. I don’t know much about this therapy. Is it worth taking it? If anyone here has any knowledge about this, please be kind to share.
