I enjoyed this blog post from a neuroscience writer. I liked his analogy of how our multiple 'roles', masks, 'sevles' are like different smart phone apps with no central processor :D.

That was good, thanks for sharing 'Trails.

The thing about the three steps of meditating - I'd fall over asleep :wink: but I do do the mini
focus breaths.
