He is saying that the sense of identity, that experience of the explanation that 'I am this sensation of the body in the world' is only a thought and thoughts only appear to what you really are. He is saying that mind, body and world as known are non-lasting imaginations that appear to the eternal deeper you, commonly called Consciousness or Self or the unmanifested but is truly nameless.
