Phil Is Great!

Post by be-lank » Sat Feb 18, 2006 7:53 pm

This is a space to share all the wonderful qualities and aspects of Phil.
It is a space to tell him how very much we love and appreciate him.

Let's share what we like and love about Phil.

This is what this space is about.

For me, the list is long.

-I love his sense of humor! He is very funny.
-I love his creativity. He is amazingly creative, and talented.
-I love how he participates fully, how he is involved.
-I love how he is considerate of others.
-I love how he hangs in there no matter what.
-I love his consistency.
-I love how the truth he speaks- is often very true.
-I love how he puts his self at risk by being open and posting.
-I LOVE how he feels about nature and that nature is his teacher.
-I love how he is highly outnumbered on this site, and this does not frighten him or keep him away.
-I love how he truly cares.

Phil is someone I would want in my corner.
I can count on Phil.

And that's saying a lot!
:D

Uh oh, I'm in deep doo-doo now. The attack has begun! Forces are assembling to bury me under the weight of my own ego!

My ego is poised to go on a wild giggly hopscotch mad cap caper dance all over the keyboard. (Poised? Didn't that happen months ago???)

Any distant hope of ego liberation, swirling, swirling, swirling, around and around the toilet bowl!

Things look desperate now, but my I will make a comeback somehow. :-)

I don't have a fraction of the heart energy of Be-lanker, but I will dig deep, I will find it somewhere, and I will return somehow, and get my revenge.

Enjoy my ego inflation while it lasts Lisa, cause somehow I'll learn how to light a fire under you as you just did to me, and then you'll be sorry, so sorry, you started this love war.

:-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
I love his consistency.
Uh oh, don't get too attached to this one.
-I love how he puts his self at risk by being open and posting.
My ego likes this one the best.

And this is what I love the most about you too. Your courage! Whatever you do, you do it!

Lurkers, observe please:

Lisa's taken every lick anybody here knows how to dish out, and she's still here, doing just fine, better than ever. Watch Lisa and learn courage lurkers, and please come out of the shadows. Help us make the Phil and Lisa dance a tiny part of much larger party created by you.

Ok Lurkers, this is the part where you stop reading and start uploading your ego to the nut house.

Here we go now... clicking on the New Topic button... reaching for the keys... reaching for your courage.... and then... tap, tap, tap.

Lurkers, if you piss off enough people here, :-) you too can win a post, and a dear real friend, like the one I've got above. It's worth it!

PS. Is there a feature on this board where you can stop typing if you want to???

Yes, Phalttery will get you eveything! LOL!

I agree befriski, Phil you are a force to be reckoned with!
I don't see any point in stifling one's natural and vibrant qualities in the name of ego. Why?

Enjoy who you are. Enjoy your gifts. We all are self aware enough to know the difference between arrogant ego aggrandizment and basic just " being " your own unique and delightful " self."

Bottom line, consciousness is great, being present is great, striving towards enlightenment is great, BUT...... ( the infamous BUT... )
checking yourself every single minute for subconscious manipulations is about as far from being present and in the " now" as one could be.

I say LIGHTEN UP on yo bad self! :D :D

Life is short, have a little FUN!

L, thank you so much for allowing me to be my arrogant self aggrandizing self.

I am of course honored to accept this Infamous Butt Of The Board award.

I would like to thank The Academy, and my Mom of course, and all the great people on the production staff who contribute so much to helping me be the butt that I can be, in this now army.

(Heh-heh, that lady in that other thread said penis.)

Now we'll cut to a clip from my latest hit movie, in which I play Captain Butt of the Starship Now.

Actually I see Phil more as the "nut" that he's always chewing on in the squirrel cage.

Aha! A truth. Not a news flash for this observant audience perhaps, :-) but a truth nonetheless.

Here is the value of doing one's chewing in the mirror of a public place. My ego engages your ego, and your ego mirrors mine back to me. It's harder to fib to myself.

So, looking in to this mirror, observing my now. So far, not so hard.

But now the question.

What, if anything, to do with this now I observe?

Feel it. Sit in it. Be in it.
