Wandering Mind... Not a Happy Mind!

Post by ashley72 » Tue Nov 06, 2012 3:37 am

This study reveals that a wandering mind is not all that happy. It also found that we spend about 47% of waking hours thinking about what isn’t going on!

Following on from this theme about..... "wandering attention creates unhappiness".

Great Ashley, its very true I think, even wandering thoughts about something apparently positive - 'happy past experience or future possible thoughts',
ie, while you are having dinner with the family,
is taking a person away from... enjoying dinner with the family, not just negative wanderings are, um, negative.
There is nothing harder to find than a black cat in a dark room
Especially when there is no cat....
