It looks like he is talking about the law of attraction, that a person's inner state of consciousness in effect, determines their external world.

It makes sense that we must take responsibility for our own states of consciousness.

He also appears to be equating following breadcrumbs with learning to listen to our own intuitive inner guide.

That might take some practice to learn to separate the voice of the ego from the voice of inner truth(wisdom).

It sounds like one cliche piled on top of another to me.....couldn't make it past the first five minutes.

The law of reflection, actually :)

Sorry, don't mean to disparage something that works, thought you wanted an honest opinion. Handsome, mellifluous young man. But you really don't need him, you know? Go as deeply as you can go inside yourself, leave the words behind, and get a look at you, a feel of you.
