True Meditation

Postby Plorel » Tue Feb 16, 2010 7:43 pm

Hey everyone.

This is for everyone who has not had the pleasure of listening to Adyashanti`s "True Meditation" yet and is interested in meditation, what it really is and its meaning for awakening. Highly recommended!. Its a dharma-talk and you can download it at

http://www.adyashanti.org/cafedharma/in ... rary_audio

The file is called "Natural State of Meditation" and is for free. If you haven`t come across adya`s teachings so far, get ready for a real treat :)

Thanks for the head up Plorel, more free material to download on Adya's website.

I like your signature too: "One thought believed sets heaven and earth infinitely apart."
"Awareness is already present, already here, already now; before you try to be more.... In that recognition there's no effort, there's just acknowledgment"..."Awareness is not something you can understand, it's something you are."
