A psychologist's look at the pain-body

Postby Kae » Thu Feb 24, 2011 2:11 pm

Here is an interesting description and advice about the pain-body - what to do if it comes over you, and if it takes over somebody else.
She calls it a 'complex', a word we've all heard before. Her description is almost exactly like Tolle's, and even her advice: "Stay alert, be conscious".
A good read.
