Thanks for the link Midnight. I too highly recommend Mooji. Check out this 'Contemplate This' video for a clearly explained talk on the simplicity of being. How it is that there is nothing to do to become free of attachment to the thinking mind - there is nothing to do to become what we already are.

Interesting...I believe in Buddhism, self is often equated to a fully relaxed mind.WW said:
