What is Bliss

Bentinho Massaro explains why the feeling of "Bliss" is the simply recognition of Freedom...

What is Bliss? Bliss is almost the uncontrollable reaction of the human experience to its recognition of utter freedom. Bentinho Massaro

These two videos below are both great examples of the recognition of that freedom:

1. Mooji - Laughing Buddha (about 8:30 into the video is when the recognition occurs).

2. Jeff Foster - All that Left is Laughter (about 2:00 into the video is when the recognition occurs).

Hey Ash, my wife really liked that first video.

That feeling that Bentinho expresses is unlike happiness, in that it does not depend on anything external and there is no hangover.

2:09 --"then your own seriousness becomes one big joke"

(made me laugh on the spot)

3:14 -- "and you can still have sincere care for suffering of yourself and others"

(yeah, that is important ... non-attachment is not the same as indifference)
Stop talking. Hear every sound as background. Look straight ahead and focus. Take one deep breath. This is you. This is Now.

Hey, good to hear your wife liked the video. :D

Spot on - "Then your own seriousness becomes one big joke". Both the Mooji & Foster video's demonstrated that "recognition" well I believe. Its natural state, you definitely don't choose it.... it just flows the moment the recognition occurs. Not unlike the pressure relief valve on a water heater a sort of "path of least resistance".
