Hi from tiny Belgium !

Hi !

I though I would introduce myself properly
I'm 28 years old and live in Brussels !

I though about writing a lot of stuff about my spiritual journey and blablabla, but everything just seemed highly conceptual & egotistical and ultimatly unimportant !
First time I heard about Eckhart Tolle was when I stumbled upon this video of Jim Carrey who describes his kind of "satori" experience, I didn't pay much more attention to him until recently... I have to confess his face used to creep me out !! (Not Jim Carrey's face... well I mean, of course Jim's face creeps me out some time too :D )

Anyway, a few weeks/months ago, I had the ultimate entirely self-created suffering, and I finally saw the deeply dysfonctionnal nature of my ego, and came to the realization that I could never, ever win with it, and that it was time to fully let it go. Until this moment I was trying to "play" on both side : pursuing the illusion & the inner at the same time, which of course is impossible !

Nice to meet you all :)

Hi crsnja!

Nice to meet you too!

It's funny, but I actually see the balance/harmony between body, mind and soul as the best way I have yet found for the development and growth of each part, each of which contributes to the wonderousness that we are!

But, of course, this is just my own limited perspective at this time. Limited, and beautiful, and delightful!

I hope you enjoy your time here :)

Love,

Jack

hello Jack :)

I agree with you actually ! What I meant was pursuing the outer world, ego-style !

If you are a good writer some people might be interested reading your spiritual autobiography.
On the other hand being spiritual has nothing to do with what you believe ans everything to do with your state of consciousness.
