Hi,

So the universe has brought me here? I'm 22, from the UK and trying my best to become as conscious as possible. One day maybe more so than Eckhart.....

Looking forward.......no I am enjoying it presently....

Welcome Ben. :)

Don't try and become conscious, simply allow beingness to emerge. Trying to become conscious will have the opposite effect of what you are attempting to achieve. You will become identified as the one attempting to become as conscious as possible, creating for yourself another imagined identity. Conscious awareness is already who we are, not something we become. Being that conscious awareness is not something we do as such, it is who we are when all the pretenses fall away.
