Hey, Daniel here. I'm 16 and can see I'm one of a young guy. However I feel lots of ups and downs on my path. However it can be hard, when all in your high school is totally identified with form, therefore lots of ego. It affects me a lot :|

Interesting to see the age groups here. Just turned 29 recently. Came across Eckhart when I was 27.

I guess though that we all could say that we have been awakening since birth.

Oh, and another thing, age is just another form....try not to identify with it. 8)

Age is not really a form ... but the body is a form ... and age is an attribute (or a property) of the body ... when there is no identification with the body, you are timeless ...

This is actually my first post and but felt like I should reply since I'm probably one of the "more mature" folks
here. I'm 70.

His Most Sagely Bozoness is older than time itself, and is thus beyond the paradigm of age categories altogether, rendering his participation in this thread admittedly ineffective.

Plus, he can never remember where he last put his glasses any more, and thus is not really sure if this thread is about age, ale, or ass, all topics he is reluctant to comment upon in any specificity lest he frighten the many youngsters among us.

However, with the wisdom earned over many centuries, His Bozoness has learned The Truth that referring to oneself in the third person can persuade the inexperienced that the speaker is a very important great sage, or perhaps even an aged ale drinking ass, or maybe even both at the same time. For of course, all things are possible for one beyond time itself.

34, omg so young. :)

I'm 46 and starting to feel the ramifications of a youth well misspent, but with no regrets. :D
