Perhaps a different view?

Dear Moderator/Creater of the forum,

The top of the website, has Eckhart's picture and a sentence that reads "A discussion community revolving around Eckhart Tolle but not limited to him".
Which is quiet nice and alright. Although is this not subconsciously idealizing the man, instead of spreading the message? Just as Eckhart states himself on many occasions, people tend to identify with an image, an "idol" and tend to forget the message, the teaching. Which is the main goal here, awakening for all. Maybe it could be --- "A discussion community revolving around the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, but not limited to those, and the awakening consciousness in us all" --- Or maybe it doesn't matter. Just a notion :)

You're new here Yonlee. I suggest you read a few, or a lot, of the threads and find what evidence you can that members here 'idolize' Tolle the man. Good luck.

And welcome to the forum.
