Accounts - help a Cowgirl, please

Hi. I used to be a ZenCowGirl and now I am just a ZenGirl. My account somehow became inactive to me - can anyone help me become a ZenCowGirl again? I see no "help" or "contact us" or anything of that sort. I want the cow back in my ZenGirl. Thank you.
