If you're looking for a small book dense with the lightness of awareness, please find Present Moment Wonderful Moment by Tich Nhat Hahn.
This is a collection of short verses (gathas) on a variety of day-to-to tasks, followed by two to six paragraphs expanding on the application of acceptance, peace, inter-dependence, gratitude, etc., to these moments. The topics include "sweeping the floor", "meeting new people", "washing the dishes", and "dressing yourself". The first edition was published in the 90s and the second edition ten years later with a few new sections added.
