Dying To Be Me - Anita Moorjani

Post by IanB » Mon Aug 13, 2012 3:34 pm

Just finished reading this, and it's brilliant, can't recommend it highly enough.

Essentially the story of her battle with cancer and subsequent NDE, but I hesitate to tell that in case it puts anyone off reading it, because it's so, so much more than that. It's not a book about cancer, or death, it's about living, here, and Now.

It's published by Hay House and available on Amazon, and it's brilliant - did I mention that?

@MODS - that's just a plain Amazon link, no aff ID. Are you able to modify this to put the Support the Forum amazon link in?

I don't usually follow NDE. I was interested in hearing from Anita Moorjani, perhaps because we have a similar background, as ethnic Indians born outside and lived internationally, with unique ties to Indian culture.

I like what she says. I like that she is not trying to promote any particular belief system, and that she does not use the usual spiritual lingo, and particularly that she is not always certain of what she says, and she's willing to say that too.

And there is no arguing with the fact that she recovered completely from stage 4 cancer.

She's on Day 2, and there are many other wonderful speakers across the seven day celebration.
