This book has been my most recent purchase and is easily amongst my best. It somehow manages to be simple yet filled with information. It is divided into short chapters on various subjects some of which I've seen very little mention of elsewhere (e.g. 'What should you do for a living?', 'The World of Television' and 'How to tell if someone is enlightened' and 'Drugs'). Probably because of these short chapters it is as easy to dip into as read from start to finish.

Overall I find that this book is a no nonsense guide to enlightenment that I feel almost anyone can read and learn from(you can't please all of the people all of the time). Enlightenment is presented as something obtainable and you are given the necessary information and tools to head towards it (if you pardon my dualism).

The author has an informative website that should serve to give anyone interested a better idea of what he and his book are all about http://www.nickroach.co.uk.
