Introduction to Byron Katie's "The Work"

I am interested in understanding "The Work" Of Byron Katie . Can anyone suggest which is the best introductory book /Audio CD for the same ?

I'm such a fan of books, I'd say "Loving What is" is the best introduction. Her website has alternatives, too...(thework.com).
