I feel as though I'm really starting to align with awareness and being.
For me, when I can continuously keep a little attention on my inner being throughout the day, that creates a space...ie "perspective" or "awareness" between my true being and the things that arise in my day to day life, be it thoughts, emotions, or external things. I have a perspective on the things that arise, and everything seems to flow SO much easier. It's like I'm just going along for the ride, watching things happen.
I wouldn't say I look any different, but I also seem to be (in a very hard to describe way) falling away from my rigid identification with the body. I don't know, I seem to be taking the image of myself less seriously.
Do these things sound familiar to the more practiced, or hell, to the less practiced???
