I had a pain body attack today, but it's unclear what the source was.
Is it best to just "feel" the frustration without judging/analyzing it

Why do you label it a pain body attack? Why not just emotions moving through you? You seem to know very well what caused it. Thoughts such as, "expectations and beliefs", regarding the situation.Is it best to just "feel" the frustration without judging/analyzing it
Generally speaking, this would be my route, unless it's a reoccurring "reaction", then perhaps would be a pain body issue of unresolved pain that presents with similar situations....then it would need inquiry. Just my opinion.
I'm not sure why I label it that. I guess I judge any negative emotions that pass through as past pain.
So it's not important to find out the specific beliefs that cause the pain body to arise?
