When to Begin?

Post by grant » Sat Oct 22, 2005 7:38 pm

Hallo all. I've got a question regarding PON. A friend of mine has a twelve year old son. He seems to live in his head alot and worry about things. I can relate to that. I've lent his dad a copy of PON. My question is, could charlie, (the son), have a go at reading the book? I thought it may help him to stop and observe the mind. His dad thinks it might be of help and there's no time like the present.

I think that sounds like a good idea. Did the dad read it? If not, maybe you could volunteer to answer any questions he might have. It certainly will not harm him in any way.

The audio CDs are a lot easier to get through plus his voice adds a lot.
