Meditation for beginners

Post by Jbrooke » Tue May 15, 2012 6:53 pm

Hi all,

I wonder if any of you can suggest a resource for beginning meditation? I realize it is highly individual as far as preference goes, but it just seems that there are so many options out there and it would help to have some suggestions to begin to experiment with.

Thank you!

Adyashanti's 'True Meditation'. Not the traditional teaching, but highly effective; and you can employ it most anywhere.

I second Webwanderer's suggestion.
