A shift

Post by Blenderhead » Sat Jul 28, 2012 12:24 am

After almost ten years, it seems like I finally am able to be present. I understand what it is. I enjoy it.

It's almost like a shift. My entire world is different. People are friendly. I have no negative thoughts at all. There is much stillness.

:D

Now I am more present again. I guess this whole permanent shift thing is a myth.

Have no expectations of a permanent shift; have no expectations of anything.

What instead is permanent (constant) , is the seeing of it (now, I'm present, .. now I'm not).
