The writer of the music was hospitalized for depression and his music aided his recovery. I thought the music might be a nice balance as a "spiritual teacher" along with all your other wonderful tools mentioned. Peace to you and I enjoy your insightful comments. They are very helpful.

If my humble understanding of things and what I express is helpful to anyone else, Im deeply grateful. I´m not ordinarily a Namaste-guy, but this calls for a Namaste, so...

I find meditation more fulfilling when on caffeine. There is the familiar stillness, it doesn´t increase the monkey mind (or I have gotten better at not attending to it) and it´s enhancing the alertness and vividness.
