Hi everyone,

I couldn't agree more with Eckhart or Adyashanti about loosing it all.
Since the first satori years ago...fierce grace tore away in the most undignified manner *LOL* all that I think I am.

If the chatter in the head thinks it's winning or getting somewhere....suffering will continue to be unbearable until all can be done is the total surrender of all personal will.

Control is an illusion, the present moment is all.
Before and after there exist not one
Why attachments?
