What does it suppose to mean?..

The activity of seeking happiness projects its acquisition into the future because that's where it's thought to be. In truth, happiness is already present within yourself AS presence. Presence is always here now.

Here's my take: Seeking happiness presumes it's not present and therefore reinforces (expands) its absence. You will not find it in that way. All possibilities are present. Focus on the reality you prefer. Like an experiential fractal expanding wherever it is focused upon, happiness is a matter of choice and focus.
