Here's one that I have been using at night for relaxation and the music combined with the imagery albeit a bit trippy is none the less very "aligning" for me. Don't get caught up with the title, but sit with some headphones on, take some deep breaths and maximize the screen or just listen to the relaxing music and most of all.......enjoy

Does anyone listen to Tool? Lateralus is an incredible album and touches topics such as spirituality, oneness, and different aspects of the ego. Most of the album is pretty heavy, but I believe the messages they convey are powerfully fitting.
