Goodbye ... or something like it

Here you may share how the words Eckhart Tolle have affected your life.

PB, glad to hear from you, was worried about you. Sorry to worry, i know, we are all going to die one day anyways, and you are not a big fan of form, but still, i am human and have formed a liking to you and find you inspirational and want you to find yourself. I think you are highly evolved as it is, but i have a feeling you want total enlightenment or freedom like Tolle has discovered. But everybodys path is different and what worked for Tolle might not work for you or me. So glad you are okay for now, and yes being homeless is not so easy anymore. Crazy world we live in where we get kicked off a bench when we are just trying to rest or be safe.

I understand about your parents being a last resort and did not mention it at first, waited a day or two to bring it up. I know you are not a big fan of that idea and probably dread contacting them and asking for help. But if you have to, if it comes down to that, dont be ashamed or feel like a failure, it is like the bible story i shared about the prodigal son. It is okay to return home. I dont want to beat a dead horse and i know you are going to do the right thing, what is best for you.

Stay safe and well and thanks for letting us know you are on the move. I hope you find a better place to call home for the time being and so sorry Portland didnt work out for you. May you find a even better place and more self discovery and freedom.

Wow PB, thanks a lot for the update. Glad you are finding some peace there, in this new location. It reminds me of several movies i have seen where people got away from it all and just walked or hung out in nature to find themselves. May you continue to find peace there and what you are seeking.

p.s. - Just a reminder if you want to contact Dijmart, she said :" Since we no longer get email notification for PM's and I don't know how much I'll be posting in the future. My email is Dijmart@yahoo.com "

And thanks for reminding me about Dijmart's address - yeah, I will contact her there if I don't hear back here.

Ok, tip of the day, scope out where places are that are open 24 hrs/day for shelter during storms (train stations, airport, casinos, grocery stores/walmart, ect).

Thanks, Dijjy :)

Hi PB,

Great to hear from you! :D

Thanks, Dijjy :)

...dijjy....hahaha! Love it!

Anywho, If you PM me and put here in this thread that you did (like you did this time), then I'll get the email notification from the thread and I'll look ...or you can email me.

Sorry that Portland didn't work out. Amazing you met someone to camp with but then they get assaulted in their tent? Wtf...

This sure is a crazy world we live in.

I'm going to send a PM for the rest.

Hugs,
Dijjy

Hi guys,

PB is going to go back and stay with his old roommate. She has agreed he can stay there again. Hopefully he won't mind me sharing this with you all, as he won't have wifi for a day or 2 while traveling back to California on Amtrek.

Thanks for the update Dij. I shared what i could with PB. He is a good guy and I wish him nothing but the best. I find him very inspirational and I always enjoy reading his posts, his sharings. I hope wherever he goes, whatever he does, he finds himself and is happy, and is enlightened and free.

Thanks Dij and Steve.

Yes, I'm back in California, but again, the Earth is about to shake violently, and it's just a matter of time before I have to leave again. This next time will be a one-way trip, however.

I've already started developing an "evacuation plan", and am going to leave naught to chance this time. I'm going to keep essential things packed and ready, and know my travel/transportation ahead of time, so that when the time comes (and it sure as shit will), implementing the plan will be robotic.

Last time around, I was a jackass. I'm going to be a jackal this time.

That's all, folks. It sucks, but not for much longer.

I totally get it PB and understand exactly where you are coming from and that is a smart move, to be prepared, more ready next time, for you know it will eventually happen again. Smart man you are, learn from the past mistakes and be ready for your next adventure, beforehand.

I should not have said this and from now on I will mind my own business. Sorry for the mis-step. I had good intentions, but over stepped my boundries which seems to happen with me when I worry about folks. I get too involved.

I am the same way Dij, no problems. You had good intentions and meant well, was trying to keep us updated. So if you get too involved, and over step, it is because you care and worry about others, dont feel bad about that, it is a good quality, trait. You can learn from this, but know you are a good person and good friend, you just have to learn, as i do too, to not overstep the boundaries.
