Thank you Be-lank.

I don't really have anything else at the moment.

Both of these poems came out of me trying to boil the essence of what I've been learning from a few different teachers, ET, Ramana Maharshi, Gangaji, into a few lines that I can remember easily while at work.

Also, it was a way to occupy my mind with something that would hopefully lead me back towards truth rather than off into ego driven thought.

The irony is that writing is very "doer oriented" and I'm planting the seed that I need to think or do something to remain spiritually centered. But I find that if I don't consciously do something to stay focused in the Now and on my real Self, then the abounding distractions of life blow me off into more ego driven thinking, pain body driven feeling, and I appear to lose or fall off the spiritual path.

Your thoughts?

Aliveness
Awareness
A Oneness
Awakening

(rinse, repeat)
